Most people hear the words "Digital Strategy" and their eyes immediately glaze over. It sounds expensive, complicated, and like something only big corporations with massive teams need to worry about.
But in reality, a digital strategy is just a fancy way of saying: "Does the stuff I do online actually help me get more clients, or is it just taking up my time?"
If you’re a non-profit director or a business owner in BC, you probably feel like you’re constantly "doing digital." You’re posting to Instagram because someone told you to. You’re paying for a website that you’re afraid to touch. You’re juggling three different tools that don't talk to each other.
