Cancellation Policy

Coaching Session Policy (45-Minute Coaching) Thank you for booking a coaching session with Lys Glassford Consulting. These sessions are designed to help DIY entrepreneurs move forward with topics such as organic marketing, social strategy, and e-commerce execution. Payment & Refunds - All coaching sessions are non-refundable. - This is a use-it-or-lose-it service: sessions must be scheduled and attended within the agreed-upon timeframe. Scheduling & Cancellations - You may reschedule a session with at least 8 hours’ notice. - Missed or forgotten appointments are considered forfeit and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. - If Lys needs to reschedule, they will provide at least 8 hours’ notice whenever possible. Technical Requirements - All sessions are conducted online via video conferencing. - You must have a stable internet connection and access to the required software. - If you experience a technical issue (e.g., power outage or internet loss), please email Lys immediately at the time of the appointment to request a reschedule. -Session cannot be completed over the phone; users will be required to share their screens, and the coach will also share their screen. -You can dial into the call by phone and connect via device to perform screen shares. -Mobile devices are not suitable for screen sharing -If the client purchases coaching and does not have suitable equipment, they understand they may not receive the full coaching benefit, and the coach is limited in how accessible they are able to be. - I will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate accessibility needs; there may be limitations, and I am unable to provide ASL interpretation. Connectivity Interruptions - If you lose connection during the session, Lys may offer a reschedule at they discretion: - If the issue occurs early in the session, a new appointment may be offered. - If the issue occurs near the end, the session is considered complete. Responsibility & Boundaries - Lys will not chase clients to attend sessions. You’ve paid for the time, please show up ready to work. - Respect for time and communication ensures a productive and supportive coaching experience. - The coach may need to call you if there is a connectivity issue. Please refrain from texting or calling their number with personal inquiries outside of paid sessions.
