Now more than ever small business owners have options to work on their websites themselves, while being completely self managed may not be your goal, these sessions are designed to help you understand how to perform basic actions on your website. break down barriers, and give you the confidence you need to improve your existing website. This service works with popular website platforms such as wordpress, Wix, Squarespace, Weebly, Shopify, etc. As wordpress is such a customizable website engine, our team will ask you to provide us access prior to the call. This will help us prepare for our meeting and maximize our coaching time, we will reach out to you with instructions on how to provide access. *Our team will never ask you for your password, please do not provide your personal username or password to anyone. Still not sure if this service is for you? Past clients have met with me to review new website before they launch, to review their current websites presence, to make basic changes to their websites (updating copy, depending on the website engine and host design changes are not always possible), to understand what options operators have for creating new websites, help with accessibility, to break down the concept of SEO and look for quick wins, and understanding user experience. All appointments happen virtually through Zoom, participants will be asked to share their screens and will 'drive' while your coach walks you through different aspects of your meeting. Each session is recorded and participants will be sent a copy of their recording to download after the session has ended. *Due to the rapid changes in technology, My Digital Presence Coach may make a recommendation for a new website. These recommendations may happen if your website is more than 5 years old, is not responsive across different devices, or is not possible to change a template that is preventing you from achieving your business goals. While My Digital Presence Coach will offer their website building services, these services may not be the right fit for your business needs and we may recommend services that we do not offer if they are in the clients best interest.
