The Nanaimo Pride Society required a website and a centralized digital hub to support its growing organization. Their existing Wix site was built on a stock template and lacked accessibility and functionality.
I redesigned the site to meet online accessibility standards and added a secure members-only area where users could access board minutes, coupons, and exclusive content.
To streamline operations, I integrated:
A full CRM workflow for contact management
Online ticket sales and event calendar
Custom forms for vendor applications and parade entries
Email marketing directly through Wix
Blog and gallery for community updates
Automations to reduce admin time and improve consistency
The result is a fully functional nonprofit website that supports transparency, engagement, and ease of use, especially for rotating volunteer boards.
Executive members also received coaching to manage the site and eliminate reliance on multiple platforms confidently.
